Injury
You will be going along, things are fine, them BAM. Injury comes out of nowhere and sidelines you. Knees, Back and Shoulder. The bane of weightlifters everywhere.
My knee is sprained. It's frusterating me to no end. I like being active, I like moving. I like doing things. It's hard when you lose the mobility. My legs are sore and tired every day after work. The floors at work do not help.
I hate this.
